Our local environments are easily subject to oversight and under-evaluation. It is natural to become desensitised to our immediate surroundings once we have broadly assessed and established a sufficient understanding of them to get on with things.
Overseeing the overlooked is effectively an archive expressive of an appreciation for the overlooked and under-valued. Based on a collection of observations and social quips Overseeing the overlooked seeks to extend the significance of these chance visual encounters beyond their fleeting nature.
